Due to the covid-19 epidemic, 2021 4th International Conference on Information, Networks and Communications has been held as a virtual conference during October 15-17, 2021. Although the epidemic has kept us from meeting and communicating with each other, we're glad the participants are able to get together online and we hope the participants will have an interesting and rewarding experience of virtual conference.
