2021 4th International Conference on Information, Networks and Communications will be held in
Barcelona, Spain during

ICINC 2021 aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and
professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on
research and development, professional practice in information, networks
and communication. Welcome scholars and researchers working in the
field of information, networks and communication from all over the world to attend the
conference and share your experiences and lessons with other
enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.
ICINC is co-organized by
Journal of Communications and Journal of Advances in Information Technology.
The conference also serves to bring authors and editors of JCM and
JAIT together to communicate face to face and discuss chances for
possible cooperation and hot topics in the interdisciplinary areas.

Submissions will be peer reviewed by both the
conference scientific committees and journal editorial board, and accepted
papers will be published either in Journal of Communications
or Journal of Advances in Information Technology. The authors
should inform us of your preference for publication when
submitting your papers. And the scientific committees will perform a
pre-review for your papers to see if your paper fits the scope of
the journal you choose.

accepted papers will be published in the JAIT, which will be
indexed by Scopus, EBSCO, Google Scholar, CrossRef, etc.
