Authors are advised to submit your abstract or full-length paper via Submission system. Please submit the paper as a PDF file. The file size should not exceed 10 MByte. Electronic Submission System (.pdf) or through email icinc_general@outlook.com (.pdf or .doc) directly. All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. Publication Choice Authors are advised to choose one of the following publication options for publishing of your paper.
Journal of Advances in Information Technology. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JAIT editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in JAIT, which will be indexed by ESCI(Web of Science), Scopus (Since 2020), EBSCO, Google Scholar, CNKI, etc. The paper template is available here. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JCM editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in JCM, which will be indexed by Scopus, DBLP, CrossRef, EBSCO, Google Scholar; etc. The paper template is available here. Note: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference simply for presentation without publication, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.
Each registered paper covers 8 pages. Extra page will be charged at the price of 50 USD per page.
Each paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation. Originality: The paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of considering existing information. Engaging: Presentation format will involve the audience in some way, or has high potential to attract conference attendees by addressing needs of the community. Significance: The paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood. Quality: Claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature; and limitations are described honestly. Relevance: The paper addresses one or more of the themes of the conference.
